1. Tell Us Who You Are: Give us your name and email, and we’ll get you started with a comprehensive assessment session to help outline your health status, current fitness level, future goals, and challenges.

2. Your Body, Your Plan: Based on the results of your assessment session, our experts create a custom plan perfectly tailored to your wants, needs, body type, and fitness goals. Download our app to track your progress, get round-the-clock workout and nutritional tips, and a list of stretching exercises to help reduce the risk of injury.

STEP TWO

THE JOURNEY BEGINS

3. Best of Both Worlds: Now that you’ve gotten the hang of our in-app fitness program, visit our state-of-the-art facility for your first in-person workout. Expert trainers will work with you to help correct your technique, perfect your process, and adjust your plan based on performance factors.

4. Fitness At Your Fingertips: Start your personalized fitness journey with app-guided workouts, tips, and stretching exercises. Our app will precisely collate and analyze your results so that we fully understand your progress along the way.

STEP THREE

GUIDED LEARNING

5. Continue to Customize Your Journey: For best results, refine your plan by completing additional in-app assessments after each workout. This will allow us to fine-tune your workouts, better understand your nutrition requirements, and assign the recovery tools that best match your preferences and fitness goals. .

6. Real-Time Updates: Regularly check in via app with our trainers and nutritionists so we can monitor your achievements, set realistic short-term and long-term fitness goals, and align our plan with your progress.
